Appointment Policies

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee the full length of your service, we are subject to cancelling your appointment without refund of deposit. Clients may reschedule but a new deposit must be made to book the new appointment.

 

Cancellation, No Show and Confirmation Policies

Your appointments are very important at Hair Junkie. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that all current and new clients pay a deposit to book their appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

We respect you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. We thank you for your loyalty. As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24-hours before the appointment will be confirmed via e-mail, text, or phone call.

Methods of payment

Hair Junkie requires a deposit before all appointments are booked, the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Hair Junkie accepts Cash Only.

 

Client Safety

Due to the small size of our establishment and all the chemicals and tools in a salon environment, we ask that no guest are allow with the client while receiving services. We appreciate your understanding, as our client’s safety is our top priority! 

Hair Policy

We ask that clients come fully washed and fully blow dried before services, unless clients are booked for additional wash and dry services. It is against Hair Junkie Policy to perform services on clients without clean, product free hair, your appointment maybe rescheduled or cancelled without refund of deposit.

Hair must be at least 4 inches in length to receive braiding services. Please contact us if unsure about the length of your hair before appointment.

Product Requirements

We require that Clients purchase  EZ BRAID PRESTRETCHED BRAID HAIR OR SENSATIONNEL AFRICAN COLLECTION 3X RUWA PRE-LAYERED BRAIDING HAIR for braiding services. Clients have the option to purchase the product for $8 a pack upon arrival for services. Please contact your stylist in advance to purchase during scheduled appointment.

*Required product can be found and purchases also at KIMS HAIR PLUS at 1037 9th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208.
